Leaving CFL, signs in Europe

Tagovailoa signed with the Hamburg Sea Devils of the European League of Football on Friday, 3DownNation reports.

ANALYSIS
Tagovailoa was released by Hamilton earlier this month, and he'll now move on from the CFL altogether as he travels overseas to join the Sea Devils. The former Alabama quarterback played in eight games for the Tiger-Cats after joining the team last June, rushing three times for 10 yards and a touchdown and completing one pass for six yards. His chances of returning to Canada aren't zero, but he's likely to play in the ELF for a while given that he didn't get many opportunities with Hamilton.
