Kody Funderburk News: Sent to Triple-A

The Twins optioned Funderburk to Triple-A St. Paul on Friday.

Funderburk made seven appearances during this big-league stint but posted a poor 9.00 ERA and a 4:4 K:BB over eight innings. His spot on the 26-man roster will go to Travis Adams, who can provide the Twins' pitching staff with more depth.
