Naylor is not in Cleveland's starting lineup against Houston on Friday.

Naylor will get a breather in the midst of a mini-slump, during which he has gone 1-for-23 with 11 strikeouts over his last eight games. With Austin Hedges (concussion) on the 7-day injured list, Dom Nunez will serve behind home plate and bat ninth.
